Applicaions

In order to be considered for a certificate or diploma program, all prospective students must complete the application process.

To begin, you will need an application form which can be found in our hard-copy brochure.
To receive a brochure, please click on Brochure Request from the main menu. You can choose to either download the pdf version or request that a hard copy be mailed to you.
You can also contact us by phone, fax or e-mail and request that a brochure be sent to you. Our contact information can be found by clicking on Contact Us in the sidebar.
You can also apply online by clicking on Programs & Apply at the top of the page.
